Why, What and How to Activate…
To enable tracking and authentication of your items, please follow the below procedure to acquire, Activate and apply your unique INKcrypt® Ink:
- Buy an INKcrypt® ready Printer, Universal Ink Refill Kit, Inkjet Print Cartridges with included visible or invisible ink – available here.
- Activate the included INKcrypt® ID (IID).
- Sign In and enter an Item and User Profile to be linked to your INKcrypt ID.
- Apply a small test spot (solid circle min ¼ inch diameter printed with your INKcrypt Ink) on any item you would like to enable for tracking and authentication. Option: Apply our INKcrypt ID (as QR and/or alphanumeric code) using visible or UV fluorescent invisible print.

Every INKcrypt® Ready Ink cartridge contains a unique INKcrypt® DNA biomarker.
Items and products marked with INKcrypt® DNA can be tested instantly by anyone for authenticity and location tracking.
Test Instructions:
- Buy or receive an INKcrypt® Test Kit matching the Item’s INKcrypt ID (QR code or alphanumeric string included with or printed on item).
- Follow the INKcrypt® Test Kit Instructions to analyze the INKcrypt® enabled test spot on the item you are authenticating and get a Test Code.
